Will Perez Ph.D., CISSP is an AI entrepreneur, cloud architect, and former Royal Caribbean Group cybersecurity leader with 12 years inside one of the world's largest cruise and travel organizations. At Amazon Web Services, he served as the subject matter expert for Travel & Hospitality — leading future vision for cruise line technologies and architecting AI and cloud platforms for enterprise clients including Delta Airlines and Johnson & Johnson. He has shaped cybersecurity policy at the national level through NIST, CLIA, and the U.S. Department of Transportation. He founded Sulaco to bring that same insider expertise and production-first rigor directly to hotels, restaurant groups, and hospitality operators.
